震上 · 坤下Thunder over Earth
卦辞The Judgement
豫：利建侯行师。Yù. Favorable to establish feudal lords and mobilize the army.
顺势而起、趁势而行的好时机。坤土在下为大地，震雷在上为春雷——雷从地底打出来，破土而出，万物跟着一起振奋。震居东方属木，坤居西南属土，木克土，但这里的克是破土而出的生机。心情舒畅、阻力小、机会多。建立联盟、组织队伍、推进事业，都是当下该做的。但顺境中最忌沉溺享乐——失去警觉就会乐极生悲。
A good moment to ride the current upward, to move with momentum. Kūn's Earth below is the great land; Zhèn's Thunder above is the spring thunder — the thunder cracks up out of the ground, breaking through the soil, and all things rouse together with it. Zhèn sits in the east, element Wood; Kūn sits in the southwest, element Earth; Wood checks Earth, but here the checking is the very life-force breaking through the ground. Mood is light, resistance is low, opportunities are many. Building alliances, gathering teams, pushing the work forward — all are good moves now. But the deepest trap in a moment of ease is sinking into pleasure itself: lose your alertness here and joy turns to sorrow.
大象The Image
《象》曰：雷出地奋，豫；先王以作乐崇德，殷荐之上帝，以配祖考。Thunder bursts forth from the earth in vigor: the image of Enthusiasm. The ancient kings, accordingly, made music to honor virtue, offering it in splendor to the Supreme and joining it to their ancestors.
六爻The Six Lines
初六，鸣豫，凶。Singing out delight. Misfortune.
刚有点得意就大声炫耀，坤土初爻，雷还没响自己先叫——根还没扎好就飘了，会很快招致祸患。喜悦放在心里就好，不需要让所有人知道——闷声发展，不被嫉妒。
Boasting at the first whiff of success Kūn's Earth, first line, crowing before the thunder even sounds — floating off before the roots are set quickly invites trouble. Keep the joy in your heart — there's no need to make sure everyone hears about it. Stay quiet and develop quietly; nobody envies what they can't see.
六二，介于石，不终日，贞吉。Firm as a rock. Not waiting out the day. Steadfast and upright: good fortune.
面对诱惑或可能松懈的处境，能像石头一样坚定不动摇——坤土居中，土性最硬的时候像石头——沉得住，稳得住，当天就察觉到危险并停止。这种敏锐和果断是最好的品质。
When tempted, you can stand as unmoved as a stone — Kūn's Earth centered, earth at its firmest is like stone — it can sink in and hold steady — you see the danger the same day and pull back. This sensitivity and decisiveness are your greatest virtues.
六三，盱豫悔；迟有悔。Eyes turned upward, wallowing in delight: regret. Delaying: again, regret.
贪图舒适、追随别人的快乐，没有自己的判断——坤土到三爻，土变软了，开始散，这样的状态早晚后悔。越快醒悟越好，拖久了会更难脱身。
Going along with someone else's pleasure, chasing comfort, having no judgment of your own — Kūn's Earth at the third line, the earth turning soft, beginning to scatter — this leaves regret. The sooner you wake up, the better; the longer you delay, the harder it gets to get out.
九四，由豫，大有得；勿疑，朋盍簪。Source of delight. Great gains. Have no doubt. Friends gather around as hair gathers around a pin.
你处在能号召大家共同做事的位置，能聚集人脉和资源。九四阳爻，震雷初动——雷声响了，万物响应。这时不要怀疑自己——大胆向前，朋友会自然汇集。
You're in a position to rally people around shared work — to gather network and resources. The fourth line, yang, Zhèn's Thunder first stirring — the thunder sounds, and all things answer. Don't second-guess yourself now: go boldly, and the friends will gather of themselves.
六五，贞疾，恒不死。Steadfast against sickness. Lasting, not dying.
处在不舒服、有压力的状态，六五阴爻居震中——雷声最大的位置，但被阴气压着，响不透，但只要不彻底崩溃，就能撑过去。这种“长期慢性”的难，不会要命，但需要耐心。
You're in an uncomfortable, pressured state, the fifth line, yin, in the middle of Zhèn — the spot of loudest thunder, yet pressed by yin-energy so the sound can't break through, but as long as you don't completely break down, you'll pull through. This kind of slow, chronic difficulty won't take your life — but it does ask for endurance.
上六，冥豫成，有渝无咎。Dark delight, fully formed. To change: no fault.
已经沉溺在享乐中失去自我，震雷到极处——雷声远了，只剩回响，但事情发生改变还有挽救的机会。只要肯醒过来、肯调整，就还来得及。
You've already lost yourself in pleasure — Zhèn's Thunder at its extreme — the thunder has rolled away, only the echo remains — but the chance to change still exists. So long as you can wake up, so long as you can adjust, it isn't too late.
